What am I up to?

• I moved back to New York! Currently I work in the pharmaceutical industry doing computational chemistry and molecular modeling.
• Toby is going to miss the St. Croix River and all the large dog parks in Minnesota. The ones here in New York are rather inferior, but fortunately we live very close to Harriman State Park. There's also a small off-leash area in Kennedy Dells park, and most of the dogs are too busy playing to notice how small it is.

Where I've been...

• I liked the Big Ten so much I had to go back. :-) Specifically, to the Center for Drug Design at the University of Minnesota, ending up as an assistant professor. If you ever move to the Twin Cities and you like the outdoors, you can't beat living in Shoreview for lots of recreation while still keeping your commute to downtown short.
• Ithaca, NY... at Cornell University. Picked up quite a liking for wine while I was there.
• State College, PA. At Penn State, of course.
